📋 Description
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment throughout the lifespan • Facilitate care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs • Conduct direct, telephonic/telehealth, and electronic patient encounters • Collaborate with other members of the health care team • Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements • Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients • Reflect the organization's core values in actions
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association • 18 months of professional nursing experience
