📋 Description

• Write queries and create reports to improve the quality and value of patient care • Provide analytic support for clinical process and outcome measures • Measure metrics related to disease, clinical processes, care pathways, and population health • Use data to tell stories and answer meaningful questions for providers and patients • Create, manage, and validate large data sets • Support Swedish Health Services' clinical informatics and decision-support goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information technology, health informatics, public health, or related subject • Epic Certification and proficiency in reporting tools required within 1 year of hire and maintained while employed • 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, decision support tools, or management of complex databases and analytics • Proven experience creating, managing, and validating large data sets • Master's degree in a related subject preferred • 3 years of recent SQL programming preferred, including some combination of Snowflake, SQL Server 2012, data warehouse design, and Oracle SQL • Experience reporting data from Epic Clarity and/or Chronicles databases preferred • Experience with Tableau and Power BI preferred • Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies, modeling, and hypothesis testing preferred
