📋 Description

• Write queries and create reports to improve the quality and value of care delivered to patients • Provide analytic support for clinical process and outcome measures • Measure metrics related to disease, clinical processes, care pathways, and population health • Create, manage, and validate large data sets • Answer meaningful questions for providers and patients using data • Support Swedish Health Services' clinical informatics goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information technology, health informatics, public health, or related subject • Epic Certification and proficiency in reporting tools within 1 year of hire, maintained while employed • 3 years of recent SQL programming experience • SQL skills including some combination of Snowflake, SQL Server 2012, data warehouse design, and Oracle SQL • 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, decision support tools, or management of complex databases and analytics • Proven experience creating, managing, and validating large data sets • Master's degree in a related subject preferred • Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Chronicles databases preferred • Experience with Tableau and Power BI preferred • Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies, modeling, and hypothesis testing preferred
