📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between local ministries/clinics and the Professional Revenue Cycle • Lead the centralized initiative to create standard clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows • Produce educational collateral • Establish performance thresholds • Develop front-end revenue cycle analytics for Providence's professional markets across its geographic footprint

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or relevant area of expertise, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, and/or administrative services • 8 years of leadership/supervisory responsibility • Demonstrated experience evaluating organizational needs, designing process changes, and successfully implementing business improvements in areas under control
