📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership • Ensure contract compliance and vendor performance optimization • Achieve key revenue cycle outcomes • Maximize revenue, cash collections, reimbursement performance, and risk-share results • Manage vendors and provide operational leadership • Partner with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy • Implement revenue cycle best practices • Improve financial performance across the Care Network • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and service while upholding Providence's Mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the job • 10 or more years of progressively more responsible related work and personnel management experience in the health care industry and revenue cycle • 8 years of leadership experience • Detailed knowledge of a typical healthcare revenue cycle and associated experience • Experience conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
