📋 Description

• Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the cancer program in compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACoS) and Commission on Cancer (COC) standards • Stay current with requirements, policies, and procedures affecting the cancer program • Perform duties in the Cancer Registry, Cancer Committee, and Cancer Conferences • Provide education, training, and oversight of Oncology Data Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Maintains continuing education requirements for certification • National Oncology Data Specialist certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association required upon hire • Maintains annual continuing education requirements • 2 years working in an ACOS-approved Cancer Program as a Registrar • Experience working with a computerized registry system
