📋 Description
• Complete accurately and timely all referrals and pre-authorizations for outpatient services • Act as a liaison between the primary provider, patients, specialists, and health plans • Perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree in Business, Billing, or Coding • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting • Experience using technology
