📋 Description

• Provide patient-centered, coordinated access to Providence's facilities, institutes, and clinics • Foster and nurture relationships with existing patients and people seeking treatment • Navigate patients to physicians within the health network • Schedule appointments and classes • Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications • Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients entering the health system • Provide high-touch, personalized assistance to patients across Providence St. Joseph Health regions and provider networks

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment • 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone • 1 year of technical support experience preferred
