• Work with Engineering to define and design solutions and services • Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders • Manage the release and establish the solution/service's identity • Connect with and support the caregiver community
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 8 or more years of related contact center experience • Expertise in Cisco/Webex strongly preferred.
