📋 Description
• provisioning access to Payor Websites • performing scheduled IT production tasks • monitoring automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users • serving as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams • performing basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years of General office experience. • 3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience. • Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
