📋 Description

• Develop and execute Providence St. Joseph Health marketing campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines • Work with regional marketing leads and functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle from intake to in-market • Ensure successful campaign delivery across marketing channels • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of professionals • Hire team members and oversee team development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8 years' experience leading marketing projects with deep understanding of campaign cycles and the roles of various teams across email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media • 5 years' experience with workflow management tools such as WorkFront or similar • 4 years' experience hiring, managing, and mentoring a successful team of professionals • 2 years' experience in healthcare marketing preferred
