📋 Description

• Provides administrative and analytical support for the Finance department, including Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax and Controller. • Performs basic data gathering or research in support of management. • Organizes and coordinates meetings for department personnel. • Handles sensitive and confidential information, uses independent and discretionary judgment, and coordinates tasks and assignments simultaneously. • Interacts with department personnel and at the Officer level with professionalism and strong verbal and written communication. • Uses various computer applications to create charts, correspondence, reports and other work as needed. • Coordinates critical tasks and communication to facilitate SEC and FERC financial statement reporting. • Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. • Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. • Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. • Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. • Enters time for department personnel. • Support financial reporting processes to meet regulatory deadlines. • Inputs and retrieves data from various computer applications. • Coordinates and organizes financial reports for distribution to Officer level. • Maintains office supply inventory. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School education or equivalent. • Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. • Previous administrative support experience.
