📋 Description

• Collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator to provide services to the senior population • Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches • Develop, personalize, and update treatment plans with the care team • Provide compliant documentation according to Medicare guidelines within designated timeframes • Conduct group therapy • Conduct individual therapy sessions • Provide family therapy as needed • Assist with local community education • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• License in Social Work or Counseling recognized by the state is required; examples include LISW, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT • Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patients’ quality of life is required • Successful completion of a full background check is required for employment • Drug testing may be required • Ability to provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines • Ability to use evidence-based therapeutic approaches • Ability to collaborate with a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator
