📋 Description
• Advise on the technology stack, including recording platform, gear, and setup • Advise on and help set up the recording space, including audio, video, and lighting • Record and edit weekly video episodes, including pacing, cuts, audio cleanup, supers/lower-thirds, and occasional on-screen graphics • Write show notes for each episode • Publish episodes to major podcast and video platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple • Create short clips for social media • Support light editorial preparation and outreach
🎯 Requirements
• Strong, demonstrated technical/video-editing skills • Comfort with on-screen graphics/supers • Experience publishing across podcast/video platforms • Experience producing social-ready clips • Organized and reliable • Ability to support outreach/prep without owning full editorial direction • Links or clips of published work required for application • Ideally include before/after footage to show scope of work
