📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions • Applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Collaborating with subject matter experts and operational leaders • Identifying performance gaps and delivering effective learning solutions • Managing projects and communicating progress with stakeholders • Continuous improvement of learning materials

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in Education, or related field preferred • 3+ years’ experience creating all types of training materials and videos • Experience with Articulate and Camtasia • 1+ year experience partnering with leaders and SMEs on learning related projects • 1+ yr developing customer/external facing educational materials • 1+ year experience facilitating training events virtually preferred • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills required. • C.P.T.D. (Certified Professional in Talent Development) OR A.P.T.D (Associate Professional in Talent Development) OR Certified Instructional Designer • Professional certifications such as DISC, Hogan, EQ
