📋 Description

• Manage complex projects as project manager and subject matter expert while maintaining client interaction • Develop and execute growth strategies and pursue new sales opportunities • Provide expertise in business operations for service and efficiency improvements • Develop communication plans, elicit stakeholder requirements, and facilitate client discussions • Identify gaps and determine necessary workarounds • Develop project budgets and staffing plans • Plan and monitor project tasks • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members • Assess best practices and compliance errors and provide technical assistance to clients • Lead proposal writing teams and prepare client reports and materials • Hire, train, and supervise staff • Support proposals, sales presentations, conferences, and state and local Education Consulting strategies • Support state education agency and school district clients in special education, curriculum, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or 5 years’ experience required • At least five years’ relevant work experience preferred • Experience in Special Education, Curriculum, or K-12 education leadership desired • Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies, identify and close new business opportunities, and up-sell to existing customers • Ability to research, analyze and interpret education policy, briefs and regulations • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset • Outstanding oral and written presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills • Project management skills and ability to move projects forward within timelines and budgets • Strong communication, analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills • Supervisory experience preferred but not required in the first 6 months • Travel to client sites, business conferences and PCG meetings required 20-30% • Must be available during set working hours and have a safe, private, distraction-free remote work environment • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
