📋 Description
• Manage Social Security Eligibility and Trust Accounting staff, including direct supervision of individuals and overall leadership of team activities and outcomes. • Ensure team’s compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies. • Use critical thinking and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to respond to DCF and PCG management requests. • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures and training materials for team functions. • Lead client meetings and trainings in a variety of settings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in accounting or business • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably including supervision of staff • Familiarity with relevant federal programs, including Title XVI (SSI), Title II (RSDI), and Title IV-D (Child Support)
