📋 Description

• Coordinate management of multiple related projects toward a common business objective • Partner with business leaders to envision, define, initiate, and strategically plan company programs • Develop program road maps and implementation plans • Establish and manage program governance structures • Manage communications with stakeholders, sponsors, project managers, and the program team • Manage program risks and escalate program issues • Coordinate and monitor scheduling, financial, and technical performance • Perform master resource planning across the program roadmap • Facilitate cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations for projects • Develop budgets, financial projections, and forecasted ROI • Aid contract and contractual-change negotiations and coordinate proposal, plan, specification, and financial-condition preparation • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules and facilitate solutions to program problems • Direct work of project team members assigned from various departments • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver intended business results and value • Advise the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations • Build an effective matrixed team and inspire a shared program vision • Communicate roles and expectations to project managers • Coach matrixed project managers and provide performance input to their manager • Create and deliver presentations, status updates, and other audience-appropriate information • Gain stakeholder support to lead and manage changes for successful program execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects • Minimum 6 years of experience with various project management methodologies, standard concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages • Proven ability to navigate complex situations through organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate project teams • Financial management ability to administer budgets across multiple projects and ensure program requirements for ROI, timing, and budget are met • Ability to drive results through informal authority and serve as a consultant to key business partners • Proven ability to successfully manage risks/issues at a program level • Ability to elicit cooperation from Senior Management and other departments • Demonstrated decision-making ability with balanced consideration of business issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills • Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills • Strategic skills supporting envisioning work, program planning, and forecasting • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 10% • Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
