📋 Description

• Lead complex rural health transformation projects and oversee multiple interdependent workstreams • Establish project management standards, tools, processes, and reporting structures • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, work plans, timelines, decision logs, risk registers, issue trackers, and dashboards • Monitor project health, milestones, budget performance, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization • Identify risks, barriers, resource constraints, and organizational challenges; develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution • Align project teams and workstreams around shared goals and contractual commitments • Serve as a primary client contact and build trusted relationships with client leadership • Lead executive steering committees, workstream meetings, project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across policy, operations, healthcare delivery, behavioral health, data analytics, technology, provider engagement, finance, and implementation • Synthesize workstream information into executive presentations, reports, recommendations, and communications • Interpret federal and state regulations, policy guidance, and program requirements • Lead issue resolution, facilitate difficult conversations, build consensus, and remove barriers • Oversee quality, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, invoice review, and client billing • May supervise project staff and provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Policy, or a related field required • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required • Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible project or program management experience • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within complex projects • Experience serving as a primary client-facing project lead and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex workstreams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines • Advanced project and program management skills, including governance, planning, resource management, budget oversight, risk management, and issue resolution • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans • Demonstrated ability to identify risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Ability to interpret federal and state regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management platforms • No employer sponsorship for newly hired foreign national workers, including H-1B sponsorship • Residing in New York preferred
