• Lead the transformation of Pula’s People & Culture function • Partner with senior leadership to implement culture programs • Overhaul performance management system • Develop best-in-class recruitment function • Establish Pula Academy and L&D programs
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of proven leadership in People & Culture, HR, or Talent roles • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies • Strong background in enterprise sales talent acquisition • Ability to build human capital systems from scratch • Proficiency with technology and data-driven decision-making tools (e.g., Google Suite, CRM tools)
