📋 Description

• Perform PURE 360 Risk assessments by evaluating complex and varied property conditions across regions, construction types, and environmental factors • Analyze and interpret findings to assess loss probability and severity • Determine appropriate recommendations using professional judgment • Recommend loss prevention strategies and prioritize actions based on risk impact • Assess property conditions and replacement cost considerations • Identify material risk factors and determine the significance of exposures affecting underwriting decisions, loss potential, and business operations • Partner with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to support risk selection and business decisions • Evaluate unique site conditions and geographic- and peril-specific risk factors • Operate independently in the field, adapting methods to property-specific conditions • Communicate assessment results, recommendations, rationale, and potential risk implications • Represent the PURE brand in members’ homes and deliver a professional service experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant field experience is highly valued • 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager at an insurance carrier, or in a related insurance role with exposure to property risk assessment and broader risk management practices • OR 5+ years of experience in high-value home construction, skilled trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC), home inspection, appraisal, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and discretion in complex situations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Professional, trustworthy and passionate about helping others
