📋 Description

• Mitigate Amcor Rigids Packaging Solutions North America exposure to risk • Lead best practices in insurance and claims-related activities • Maintain compliance with government regulatory agencies • Identify root causes of past losses and accidents and partner with appropriate personnel to mitigate exposure • Develop and direct an RPSNA program for efficient risk transfer and claims handling • Gather claims data for record keeping and loss forecasting • Estimate the financial value of claims • Oversee strategic partners and manage audits of partner companies • Coordinate stewardship meetings and ensure contractual service level agreements are met or exceeded • Plan, develop, pilot, implement, measure, audit, and continuously improve insurance and claims best practices • Lead, mentor, and coach RPSNA personnel on insurance processes • Influence and educate business partners through communication and collaboration • Conduct root cause analysis and manage resolution of identified issues based on audit findings • Complete risk management assignments accurately and on time • Develop recommendations for process and procedure enhancements • Maintain effective relationships throughout the RPSNA organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field required • Minimum 7 year's experience with insurance related activities (purchasing, claim reports, analysis, and vendor management) • Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification preferred • Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships • High degree of integrity, discretion, reliability and trustworthiness • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Up to 30% travel
