📋 Description

• Execute coverage initiatives that drive growth and strengthen PURE’s competitive position • Monitor countrywide legislative changes and recommend coverage impacts • Analyze existing coverage and execute approved changes from filing through systems implementation • Maintain knowledge of competitor actions, industry developments, and Member needs • Drive coverage innovation for PURE’s target market • Create system specifications for coverage and form changes within the policy management system • Report to the Director, Product Development within the Product Management team • Work closely with several business units across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-3 years relevant work experience • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and draft moderate to complex policy language • Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment • Experience using Word and Excel • Eagerness to develop new skills and enhance expertise
