• Assist BD Director in the development and execution of partnerships • Ensure timely execution of each partner opportunity through close collaboration with internal and external parties on specification development • Work with PureCars' Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage and grow key existing partnerships • Maintain communication with Partners and other project stakeholders • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively • Assist in developing negotiating strategies and positions • Create and maintain comprehensive partner program documentation • Manage relationships with existing Partners to ensure a consistent, high level of functionality, service, and performance • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with program specifics and customer service • Update Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing departments on PureCars' partnerships • Keep up-to-date on technology trends • Assist with monthly billing of partnerships • Ensure monthly reporting deliverables are met for partnerships.
• 4-year college degree; BA in Business preferred • Minimum of 3 years managing partner relations within automotive technology • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Programmatic Display, Social Media, YouTube, and more • Salesforce experience highly preferred, including building Salesforce reports • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the full Google Product Suite • Strong relationship management experience with business partners, technology teams, and senior management • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Strong analytical skills regarding technical and contractual aspects of partner relationships • Innovative problem solver • Ability to deal with ambiguous and/or stressful situations • Willingness to travel (~20%) to visit Partners.
