• Assist the BD Director in developing and executing partnerships • Ensure timely execution of partner opportunities through collaboration with internal and external parties on specification development • Work with Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to manage and grow existing partnerships • Facilitate requirements gathering and understand timelines, including time to market • Assist with risk mitigation • Maintain communication with Partners and project stakeholders • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences • Assist in developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration with PureCars' operations, examining risks, and estimating partners' needs and goals • Create and maintain comprehensive partner program documentation • Manage existing Partner relationships to ensure consistent functionality, service, and performance • Assist Sales and Marketing with program specifics and customer service • Update Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing departments on PureCars' partnerships • Keep up-to-date on technology trends • Assist with monthly partnership billing • Ensure monthly partnership reporting deliverables are met, including troubleshooting and working with Development to adhere to partner reporting specifications • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• 4-year college degree; BA in Business preferred • Minimum of 3 years managing partner relations within automotive technology • Knowledge of the automotive technology landscape related to dealerships, including trends, partners, and opportunities • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Programmatic Display, Social Media, YouTube, and more • Salesforce experience highly preferred, including building Salesforce reports • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the full Google Product Suite • Strong relationship management experience with business partners, technology teams, and senior management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong presentation and public speaking experience, with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences and influence decision-makers • Strong analytical skills regarding technical and contractual aspects of partner relationships • Innovative problem-solving ability • Ability to deal with ambiguous and/or stressful situations • Ability to consistently learn new technologies • Willingness to travel (~20%) to visit Partners • Passion for working with clients and partners • Basic understanding of accounting and billing practices • Highly organized and self-motivated
