📋 Description

• Manage production crews and job assignments while following PuroClean production guidelines • Evaluate, estimate and secure restoration projects • Scope water, fire, mold and biohazard projects to determine damage and mitigation requirements • Write accurate, detailed proposals and obtain customer commitment through signed contracts • Ensure proposals address customers’ needs and concerns • Coordinate with project manager and administration to complete work accurately and promptly • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand • Oversee production processes and customer needs • Identify improvement areas and manage relationships with centers of influence • Manage production, pricing schedules and estimate details; coordinate with GM/Owner • Leave jobsites orderly and follow uniform and policy guidelines • Communicate customer concerns effectively with GM/Owner • Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment • Communicate clearly with office staff, supervisors and technicians

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and clean up • Understanding of estimating and scoping a project • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage assess risk • Detailed oriented with strong communication and documentation skills • Effectively coordinate with Project manager, production team and administration • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates • Current IICRC certifications or experience with estimating software may be relevant to the application • Ability to communicate well with people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life • Ability to work in a position with weekly/monthly sales goals
