📋 Description

• Deliver inclusive, expert virtual care through scheduled synchronous consultations • Lead comprehensive initial assessments for preventative HIV care, including history taking, risk assessment, and psychosocial evaluations • Provide STBBI prevention education, HIV prevention guidance, risk reduction strategies, and behavioral counseling • Educate and empower patients regarding treatment options, stigma, and wellness • Provide asynchronous care, including reviewing results, patient education, and clinical follow-ups • Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in the EMR system • Use virtual tools to chart and connect with patients • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and support team members on end-to-end patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse compact state license • 3+ years of experience in a clinical nursing role • Clinical experience in a semi-independent practice role in medical patient care and/or sexual health • Experience providing virtual healthcare • Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery • Experience working in HIV prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2IA+ community • Consistent availability for asynchronous patient care tasks and up to 20 hours weekly for scheduled shifts, including live consultations • Additional non-compact state licenses, with NV and/or OR being a strong plus • Experience working with gender and sexually diverse communities • Experience working in the private sector, a start-up, or a technology company • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
