📋 Description

• Provide support to other programmers • Design CMM programs using PC-DMIS for various feature types and stages of machined components • Ensure robust inspection routines for roughed, semi-finished, and finished parts • Ensure accurate representation of part features in alignment with GD&T standards • Maintain documentation of inspection programs, measurement data locations, inspection reports, and non-conformance records • Communicate daily with Quality and Manufacturing engineers and production teams • Identify next steps, address quality issues and opportunities, and implement corrective actions • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimize inspection procedures • Assist with training inspectors on CMM operation, inspection techniques, and quality standards • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality regulations, and company policies • Use root cause analysis tools to investigate and resolve quality issues • Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience in CMM programming using PCDMIS • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings • PC-DMIS Programming Experience • Familiarity with manual layout inspection techniques and part features made in turning and milling processes • Aerospace experience and experience with nickel, titanium, and aluminum advantageous • Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written • Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints and sketches accurately • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Adaptability to changing business needs and problem-solving skills
