📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and resolve security incidents to minimize potential damage and protect against future attacks • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and threat mitigation measures • Conduct forensic investigations and digital forensics to support incident management • Utilize endpoint forensics and threat detection techniques to enhance security operations • Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) to manage security incidents effectively • Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to cybersecurity governance • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements • Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems • Act with integrity, empathy, and diligence as an Incident Response manager and analyst

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and threat intelligence • Experience in incident management, incident remediation, and incident response planning • Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills • Ability to adapt to the changing threat landscape • Incident response skills including host/network forensics, log analysis, and timeline correlation • Understanding of investigative theory and best practices for effective analysis • Proficient in professional communication and conveying complex information effectively • Training and certifications in Cloud, Digital Forensics Incident Response (DFIR), and penetration testing are advantageous • Knowledge of security architecture and its application in cybersecurity strategies is advantageous • Experience with cloud security platforms and related technologies is advantageous • Must not require, now or in the future, PwC IT Services (US) LLC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery
