📋 Description

• Orient, train, and schedule drivers • Receive transportation calls and inquiries • Attend required meetings • Complete required Transportation Department reports • Model appropriate driver skills for other drivers • Respond to emergency situations • Determine the most efficient routes to specified locations • Ensure driver availability when needed • Maintain a safe driving record • Participate in training and development activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Familiarity with basic auto repairs • Knowledge of CARF standards • Experience preferred but not required • Ability to determine efficient routes and ensure driver availability • Maintain a safe driving record • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary • Ability to respond to emergency situations • Ability to work alone • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidentiality and safety awareness • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Professionalism, organization, time management, flexibility, and adaptability • Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
