• Partnering as a Trusted Technical Advisor during and after the sales cycle, adeptly addressing client inquiries and concerns during both pre-sales and post-sales. • Owning the relationship and working with larger API clients in a Post Sales capacity to understand their application workflow and helping them integrate it with the Qloo API. • Speaking to Qloo’s business value in a room with Chief Product Officers, VPs of Design and Innovation, and Heads of Engineering while also being able to talk nitty gritty on the technical side with Data Scientists and Engineers. • Fostering seamless collaboration between internal technical teams and sales teams, ensuring clear communication of product capabilities, enhancements, and innovations. • AI Application Prototyping and Development. You are familiar with AI tooling and are excited about building out custom solutions / demos for customers using Qloo’s cultural insights as the backbone. You take and integrate feedback quickly, thinking on your feet to know how to connect with customers. • Knowledge Transfer and Enablement, communicating internally and externally how Qloo’s technology functions, uplifting internal resources while keeping external resources educated on updates, new features, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and/or Technical Consulting • A strong understanding of APIs and AI tools, with the ability to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way • Experience working with SQL, Python, Postman, and large databases is a must. • A "can-do" self-starter mentality with the ability to roll-up your sleeves, dive into the weeds, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up culture. • Excellent communication and presentation skills and adept at managing multiple priorities, clients, and meeting deadlines • Ability to wear many hats and communicate across teams internally and externally to solve problems • Bonus points: You have built, or possibly even sold, your own data-related AI applications
