📋 Description

• Assess and improve OpenShift platform readiness and operational maturity • Design and implement OpenShift networking solutions • Troubleshoot cluster health, capacity, storage, and workload issues • Enhance GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices • Advance Ansible Automation Platform capabilities and operational automation • Provide platform lifecycle and upgrade planning guidance • Create technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks • Deliver hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to team members • Lead platform initiatives from planning through execution • Partner closely with customer teams

🎯 Requirements

• OpenShift Virtualization certification required • Extensive experience architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise OpenShift environments • Strong Kubernetes, OpenShift networking, and container platform expertise • Experience with GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and version control • Advanced Ansible Automation Platform experience • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects independently • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work EST hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Occasional travel may be required
