📋 Description

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Partner with product managers, engineers, customer experience and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical constraints. • Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions and encourage team collaboration. • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the Qostodian platform. • Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience continually. • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices in UX/UI design. • Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles. • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry. • 3+ years in Figma design tool. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Experience with user research and usability testing. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related experience. • Familiarity with DSPM and cybersecurity solutions. • Experience in a startup environment. • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Bilingual, English and French. • Preference for candidates resident in Quebec.
