• Manage federal government contract programs operating nationally with multiple service delivery models • Serve as the primary point of contact to the government • Be accountable for overall contract performance and financials • Lead daily communication with internal departments to coordinate services, including during startup • Collaborate with Provider Relations, Information Technology, Facilities, HR, and subcontractors to ensure contractually compliant services • Manage operational team workload to achieve quality, timeliness, customer service, and cost objectives • Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback, and modify processes to meet performance objectives • Drive continuous process improvement and automation to improve performance and profitability • Mentor operational leadership and ensure contractual compliance • Implement project plans with defined timelines, deliverables, and documented action items • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication • Collaborate with business development, capture, line leadership, and other functions to develop winning growth solutions and support recompete activities • Manage contract action items and provide or review responses and updates • Implement corrective action plans and oversee execution with internal department leads • Respond to client concerns, escalating as appropriate, and ensure timely recommendations and resolutions • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Master’s Degree or equivalent graduate degree OR two full years of progressively higher graduate-level education leading to a master's degree in business, health care administration, or related field, or equivalent education • Eight (8) years of experience leading multiple teams/departments • Minimum three (3) years of federal government contract management experience • Minimum five (5) years of project management experience, including budget reconciliation, data management, billing, accounting, and customer service • Familiarity with clinical workflows, including patient intake, examinations, documentation, orders, results, and follow-ups • Understanding of clinical terminology including SOAP notes, ICD-10, CPT, referrals, vitals, and laboratory results • Awareness of clinical constraints, patient safety considerations, time pressures, and regulatory obligations • Experience in healthcare IT, health services, or occupational health programs; or supporting clinical operations modernization initiatives; or working alongside physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants; or partnering with clinical operations leaders • Experience in clinical operations, healthcare consulting, health systems, or managed care organizations strongly preferred • Must pass a federal background check and/or obtain and maintain contract-specified clearances such as NACI, PIV, SMS, or TMS • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, and web-based applications • Experience with healthcare or managing federal healthcare programs highly preferred • PMI certification preferred • Experience managing a Firm Fixed Price contract budget valued at $25M+ highly preferred • Demonstrated program management experience using managerial, technical, and/or business knowledge • Experience directing and managing internal/external resources, communications, and functional program activities to meet contract cost, schedule, and performance objectives • Willingness to travel up to 25%
