📋 Description

• Complete up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training • Support customers by phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates • Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients • Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards • Transition into a licensed Property & Casualty insurance expert role after passing the state exam

🎯 Requirements

• Background in customer service • Call center experience is a plus • Ability to pass a background check • Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule • Ability to take the state exam in the greater Sunrise area • Wired internet service installed directly into the home (cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband) • Qualfon computer must connect directly to the home router or modem via Ethernet cable • Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, and boosters are not allowed • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire
