• Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required • 1-2 years of insurance experience preferred • Insurance industry experience preferred • Prior Allstate experience is a huge plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others • Strong organization and attention to detail • Comfortable using CRM software and standard office applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
