📋 Description

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates • Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients • Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards • Complete up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training • Pass the state exam to transition to the licensed phase • Work remotely using employer-provided equipment and a wired Ethernet connection

🎯 Requirements

• Background in customer service • Call center experience is a plus • Ability to pass a background check • Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule • Must be able to take the state exam in the greater Houston, Texas area • Wired internet service installed directly into the home (cable, fiber-optic, or DSL) • Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem • Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, and boosters are not allowed • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire • Ability to support customers with insurance quotes, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates • Accuracy when handling legal documents and applications
