📋 Description

• Maintain customer portals, applying additional charges when applicable and uploading documentation for payment • Collaborate with A/R team members to assist payments and resolve outstanding portal issues • Track daily progress within the Portal Entry queue • Attend bi-weekly meetings with leadership to discuss outstanding customer payment portal challenges and process improvements • Document exception processes for customer payment portals using Excel spreadsheets/Google Sheets • Maintain weekly portal note imports providing payment status for the A/R team • Communicate with A/R analysts about rejected portal-related invoices • Periodically serve as an additional resource for the indexing team • Ensure portal entry customers and tasks are documented and up to date with an approved SOP • Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 yrs clerical/billing experience • Ability to read through and comprehend contracts to ensure accurate billing • Excellent problem solving capabilities and communication skills • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and TMW (Trucking maintenance software) • Basic understanding of Account receivables (AR) functions • Some college education is preferred • Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Ability to perform office-based physical duties, including regularly talking, hearing, sitting, typing, reaching and grasping • May require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping or crouching • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds
