📋 Description

• Lead complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, timeline execution, and impactful outcomes • Manage client engagement scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and measurable outcomes • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders, health system boards, and clinical teams • Identify client needs, craft strategic proposals, grow pipelines, and expand account revenue • Transform healthcare data and analytics into executive briefings, strategic roadmaps, and actionable recommendations • Lead executive sessions, clinical training, and leadership workshops • Create, test, and deploy enhanced consulting tools and technologies • Maintain personal and engagement utilization standards and rigorous quality benchmarks • Mentor team members and collaborate with Strategic Consulting leaders, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience • Deep understanding of healthcare market trends and delivery models • Proven track record managing end-to-end consulting engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes • Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with business development, client relationship expansion, or proposal development in a consulting environment • Deep domain expertise in patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies • Experience leading improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance domains • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to travel up to 75%
