📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment • Develop and execute system build plans accounting for software architecture, information security, and hardware deployment • Provide technical input on project schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and risk management • Lead engineering workshops covering system design, data conversion, business process reviews, testing, validation planning, and change management • Install and configure OSI monarch advanced distribution management applications • Design and configure SCADA/GMS/EMS/ADMS/OMS systems to meet client needs • Deploy and integrate SCADA/GMS/EMS/ADMS/OMS systems with other equipment and software • Provide client training and support during and after implementation • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation • Perform system and acceptance testing with end customers • Test and validate configurations against client requirements and industry standards, including NERC CIP • Develop scripts and solutions to integrate third-party systems • Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues • Keep systems aligned with current developments and industry best practices • Travel to customer sites and work directly with customers to deliver, test, and integrate systems • Contribute to proposals, work plans, budgets, and schedules for service opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study • Ten (10) years of combined experience in project management and utility systems software implementation and consulting • Demonstratable experience interacting with clients to understand relationships and priorities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills • Ability to operate as part of a team in organizing, leading, planning, and executing large-scale projects from the envisioning stage through implementation • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on client business goals • Knowledge of project integration lifecycle and methodology • Excellent problem-solving, written and oral communications and customer service skills • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops covering the full breadth of the project lifecycle • Ability to work with new technologies and tools as required by the needs of a project (MS Project, JIRA, OneNote) • Ability to work independently and self-direct your workday • Experience creating work estimates, staffing plans, and proposals for projects of various scale and complexity • Willing and able to travel up to 50% to customer project sites • Experience and ability to work on projects that may not be ADMS/OMS related with appropriate training • Installation and configuration of OSI monarch advanced distribution management applications, including DPF, FLISR, and VVC/VVO • Experience with GIS building tools and model • Experience configuring Maven, Leitmotif, and eMAP
