πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Managing the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and other GTM tools, including license management and user provisioning. β€’ Preparing executive and board-ready reports, including quarterly revenue reports and executive summaries on core GTM metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, forecast vs. actuals). β€’ Supporting weekly/monthly forecasting processes and developing forecast accuracy models. β€’ Owning the win/loss tracking framework in Salesforce to capture deal velocity and competitive displacement trends.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role. β€’ Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that last 6 to 18+ months. β€’ Ability to build reports and dashboards independently, with a deep expertise in Sales force, understand object relationships, and can troubleshoot data issues without relying on an Admin. β€’ Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports and metrics packages. β€’ Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling). β€’ Meticulous attention to data accuracy β€’ Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning. β€’ Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator), preferred. β€’ Experience in SaaS companies selling to banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprise clients, preferred. β€’ Background in financial services, fintech, compliance, or risk intelligence verticals, preferred.
