β’ Managing the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and other GTM tools, including license management and user provisioning. β’ Preparing executive and board-ready reports, including quarterly revenue reports and executive summaries on core GTM metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, forecast vs. actuals). β’ Supporting weekly/monthly forecasting processes and developing forecast accuracy models. β’ Owning the win/loss tracking framework in Salesforce to capture deal velocity and competitive displacement trends.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role. β’ Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that last 6 to 18+ months. β’ Ability to build reports and dashboards independently, with a deep expertise in Sales force, understand object relationships, and can troubleshoot data issues without relying on an Admin. β’ Proven experience producing board-level or executive-facing reports and metrics packages. β’ Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling). β’ Meticulous attention to data accuracy β’ Familiarity with quota modeling and territory planning. β’ Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator), preferred. β’ Experience in SaaS companies selling to banks, financial institutions, or regulated enterprise clients, preferred. β’ Background in financial services, fintech, compliance, or risk intelligence verticals, preferred.
