📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native data pipelines and data lake architectures in Snowflake for ABF investment and portfolio analytics • Develop and manage scalable, automated ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and curate structured and unstructured data • Support end-to-end migration from legacy systems to a modern data platform • Develop complex data mapping and transformation logic and align data architecture • Implement data cleaning, de-duplication, reconciliation, validation, and financial data integrity checks • Translate high-level business requirements into Epics and User Stories in Jira • Support project planning, timeline estimation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination • Assist with integration testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness • Partner with business, finance, and operations teams to align stakeholders and support operational adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of expert-level SQL experience, including complex queries, CTEs, advanced window functions, conditional logic, complex joins, and performance optimization • 5+ years of professional Python development experience processing complex datasets efficiently and automating workflows using Pandas, Polars, or equivalent data libraries • Hands-on experience designing and optimizing cloud-native data warehouses/data lakes, specifically Snowflake • Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines • Specialized experience in Asset-Based Finance (ABF) and mortgage servicing, including settlements, remittances, cash consolidation, and servicing workflows • Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle project delivery from design and build through testing and deployment • Exceptional communication and change management skills, with experience bridging technical teams and business leadership
