📋 Description

• Partner with other Product Managers to ideate, write, and groom user stories for feature-driven projects and product work • Regularly communicate potential blockers and product work status to the Product Lead • Pair with the Product Delivery Manager to anticipate necessary changes and scope tradeoffs • Partner with Engineering to ensure clarity in software ticket requirements • Manage, maintain, and protect product-work scope to ensure timely and effective delivery of new and iterative functionality • Independently author Acceptance Criteria for user stories and software tickets • Provide clear, self-sufficient documentation enabling developers and testers to implement and validate product changes without additional guidance • Develop deep subject matter expertise in assigned product areas and serve as the go-to resource for internal and external questions • Provide internal training and support team members in assigned product domains • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Apply Regulation E and Regulation Z expertise to maintain compliance with consumer financial protection laws and card network rules

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Fraud and Disputes space • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer financial products and chargeback/dispute resolution processes • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional efforts through expertise and influence • Broad working knowledge across the end-to-end fraud and disputes lifecycle • Minimum of 1–2 years of Agile experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to tailor information and style to different audiences, including senior leadership • Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity; able to self-direct work and deliver results independently in a high-demand, fast-paced environment without close supervision • Working knowledge of Regulation E and Regulation Z • Capacity to develop deep subject matter expertise in assigned product areas and serve as a knowledge resource for internal teams, including training and supporting colleagues • Experience working on SaaS products preferred • Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience preferred • Experience using data to identify insights and inform product decisions preferred • Track record of delivering results through influence and negotiation across multiple organizational levels preferred • Understanding of product management tradeoffs and experience following a product roadmap preferred
