📋 Description

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Studio’s authoring workflow • Lead 2D and 3D editing across plans, elevations, and option management at catalog scale • Conduct discovery with drafters and internal teams using Studio daily • Partner with Studio Engineering and Building Generation on the API between the building model and Studio’s interaction and rendering systems • Set quality thresholds for interaction latency, geometric correctness, and undo integrity • Own metrics including activation, time-to-first-plan, authoring throughput, plan reuse, and model correctness • Set direction for opening Studio to estimating, purchasing, and sales personas without degrading the drafter workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products • Track record shipping complex, interactive applications with measurable impact, ideally authoring tools, editors, or design software • Technical fluency, including reading architecture, reasoning about data models, and making tradeoffs with engineering • Judgment to distinguish trust-eroding defects from cosmetic defects • Experience prototyping with tools such as Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev • Clear communication across engineering, design, and business audiences • Experience with CAD or BIM systems such as Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp, or browser 3D tooling such as Three.js or WebGL • Professional experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or architecture is a major plus • Experience shipping AI-assisted capabilities inside an authoring tool is a major plus
