📋 Description

• Analyze business processes, workflows, customer journeys, and operational challenges with organizational leaders • Identify workflow inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, unnecessary handoffs, and automation opportunities • Break complex business problems into logical components and create practical solutions through rapid experimentation • Analyze product usage, operational, and customer data to uncover trends, risks, adoption patterns, and opportunities • Build dashboards, reports, queries, and repeatable analyses • Connect multiple data sources to assess customer experience and operational performance • Present clear, actionable findings to business leaders • Leverage AI platforms, automation tools, APIs, and analytics technologies to solve business problems • Design and prototype AI assistants, prompts, lightweight applications, and automated workflows • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that create measurable business value • Document, scale, and measure solutions using productivity, customer experience, adoption, issue-resolution, and effort-reduction metrics • Share learnings and best practices with stakeholders • Apply judgment regarding data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI use • Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring opportunities • Improve Client Services operations and customer experience, with opportunities to expand impact across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, mathematics, a related field, or equivalent self-directed experience • Early-career consulting-style profile; curiosity, initiative, and hands-on experimentation with AI and automation • Business, consulting, or program management background with ability to break down complex problems into frameworks and simplified processes strongly preferred • Builder’s mindset and demonstrated personal or professional experimentation with AI and automation tools • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, product analytics tools such as Pendo • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms • Experience creating prompts, workflows, custom assistants, or AI-enabled solutions • Comfort with spreadsheets and data visualization tools • Ability to communicate findings clearly to nontechnical business partners • Sound judgment when handling sensitive company, customer, or employee information • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to solve complex issues • Customer-focused and able to work well in a team environment • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
