📋 Description

• Own the full provider onboarding lifecycle, including contracting, configuration, testing, go-live, and transition to operations and maintenance • Define project scope, requirements, and objectives with customers and internal engineering teams • Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent engagements • Identify and manage risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to stakeholders and executive leadership • Lead cross-functional project meetings with C-suite stakeholders • Coordinate transitions from sales handoffs through go-live and subsequent sustainment • Establish reporting and metrics to monitor progress and identify gaps against project goals • Manage customer relationships throughout the onboarding process • Contribute to onboarding process development and continuous improvement using lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, health system operations, or enterprise software onboarding • 3+ years of experience working with or alongside Epic implementations, with a focus on scheduling workflows at provider organizations • Proven experience managing enterprise or large health system project portfolios • Experience leading executive-level program updates and presentations • Strong understanding of how provider organizations operate within Epic environments • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and operational audiences • Experience onboarding provider networks onto a SaaS or healthcare technology platform • Familiarity with Epic scheduling workflows and provider organization operations • PMP or equivalent project management certification • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
