📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email and other digital channels • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency • Collect and analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders • Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, customer service, or data analyst role • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines in a remote environment • Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools would be considered an advantage
