📋 Description

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and friendly manner. • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. • Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support requests. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or related roles preferred. • Excellent written communication and typing skills. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Ability to remain professional and empathetic while assisting customers. • Comfortable using live chat platforms and basic computer software. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
