📋 Description

• Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written documents • Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Organize and manage digital files and documentation • Communicate with team members regarding transcription assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent English grammar, spelling, and written communication skills • Strong typing and computer skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Previous transcription, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is a plus but not required
