📋 Description

• Supervise field staff after regular business hours, on weekends, and holidays • Schedule care delivered in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients • Coordinate coverage during Saturday, Sunday, and holiday day shifts

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum one (1) year office experience in a service-related setting preferred • Familiarity with a healthcare environment preferred • Ability to function independently and organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently • Ability to demonstrate good judgment • Ability to work well under stress and adapt to changing conditions • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians, and community resources • Empathetic attitude toward sick and elderly individuals • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
