📋 Description

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle emails, and organize documents and files • Accurately input, update, and maintain client and property data in the CRM and spreadsheets • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, account updates, and follow-ups • Create and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and track basic performance metrics • Liaise between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus • 1+ year experience in administration, data entry, customer service, or social media management preferred • Strong typing speed and accuracy • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
